I found the hotel to be conveniently located directly across from the train station, offering a cozy stay with a few drawbacks. The service was generally pleasant, but there were some hiccups. The location was superb, making it easy for me to access transportation. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were decent.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms, although being right above the restaurant and across from the train station could be a bit noisy. The service was exceptional, very kind and helpful, especially being conveniently located near the Bahnhof and old city. The location was extremely convenient, just a minute away from the train station, perfect for exploring the area. The dining options were good, offering a variety of choices, but being at the train station might be a bit far from Zurich. Overall, a great value for the money spent.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was superb, being right behind the main train station and within walking distance of the events I wanted to attend. However, the rooms were a bit disappointing, not living up to the pictures with their old-fashioned style, and the noise from neighboring rooms was quite bothersome. The service, although friendly, lacked professionalism and I found it unhelpful at times.
